We offer a 30-day return policy for any products that are unopened and unused. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you with the return process.

Yes, our products are safe for pregnant and breastfeeding mums (unless stated otherwise on our product labels). However, we recommend consulting with your doctor before using any new skin care products during pregnancy.

All our packaging is recyclable. The caps and fittings do need to be removed before recycling.

We choose to use certified ingredients where possible, but we are not and don't claim to be “certified organic.”

Our products have a shelf life of 12 months from the date of purchase, and 6 months once opened. This can be found on the back of each product.

TGA approval is not required for our products as we do not claim that they are therapeutic, curative, preventative, etc.
